PYNK 3000 event was a wonderful success at the prestigious Norwood Club

On Wednesday, Oct. 27, Find Your ID NYC, PYNK NYC, and Organic Jam Session hosted the PYNK 3000 event at the Norwood Club in NYC. The special event was to celebrate the female empowerment that PYNK NYC offers artists and attendees, but it was also to celebrate the birthday of founder Imani Jones. Guests came in their best futuristic outfits that shined under the disco ball. There was live art, music, fashion, and more.

As guests walked through the glamorous venue, they were surrounded by music and art. The two guest painters present were Helen Denisevich and Mr. John Wright, who created art right before everyone’s eyes. Incredible performances were given by artists like Cocoa Chanel, Nkumu Katalay, Paulina Simkin, Lentz Louis, Brooke Houle, Formerly Known as Prophet, Ayanna Moonah and Sarah “Tournesoul” Shah.

“The PYNK NYC event was incredible! I always appreciate the ability to perform lice and PYNK does such a great job of uplifting women artists and giving them a space to share their talents. I think my favorite part was the ability to connect with other artists,” Moonah said, who wore an incredible silver jacket. “I had a great time performing. The venue was warm and welcoming. The artists and hosts were very engaging, all in all PYNK NYC 3000 knows how to put on an event,” Shah said.

The goal for PYNK NYC and Organic Jam Sessions is to continue creating opportunities for performers and creatives to provide safe spaces for artists and creatives to showcase their work and talents. To continue creating a safe space for performers and a welcoming space for a diverse audience. Thank you to Norwood Club for the venue to make these opportunities possible.
